Land Investment Made Simple

How do you make money with land?

Buy vacant land for less than you can resell it for. Find a buyer and close the sale. The money left after costs is where the profit comes from. PRG helps you learn and work those steps instead of starting from scratch.

Understand the margin before you make an offer

Sale price − Purchase price − Deal costs = Potential deal profit

Deal costs can include research, closing, financing, marketing, and holding costs. Your take-home also depends on business and membership expenses, any agreed partner share, and taxes.

  1. 1

    Find a seller

You do: Talk with a landowner about the property, their price, and why they want to sell.

PRG helps with: Seller opportunities available through your membership, conversation resources, and follow-up tools.

  2. 2

    Buy with room for profit

You do: Research likely resale value, check the property, and negotiate a purchase price that leaves room for costs and a margin.

PRG helps with: LandConnect property research, deal analysis, training, and optional paid DD360 due diligence.

  3. 3

    Find the next buyer

You do: Market the land to an investor, builder, or end buyer and work through their questions and terms.

PRG helps with: Buyer tracking, marketing resources, deal organization, and support under your selected plan.

  4. 4

Close and account for the margin

You do: Complete the sale and subtract acquisition and deal costs. A positive margin is the basis of your profit.

PRG helps with: A place to track documents, financials, and next steps. Any PRG or partner share follows your written agreement.

Your goal may be additional income for your family. Start by understanding a land deal, then plan time for research, seller conversations, and buyer follow-up around your commitments.

Active business, not guaranteed income. A lead is not a completed sale. Costs, funding requirements, and available assistance must be reviewed before committing to a deal.

If This Sounds Like You…

You want to understand what the business sells, how it earns, and where the work fits into family life.

You want to work toward extra income without committing to a daily office commute.

You want an actual business model: buy land, find a buyer, and aim to earn the margin after costs.

You need to plan focused work blocks around school, caregiving, and family commitments.

You want help learning seller conversations, property research, and how to move a deal toward a sale.

What This Can Look Like Between Drop-Off and Pickup

An illustrative planning example, not a guaranteed workload. Your available time and each transaction determine the schedule.

After drop-off — Plan your work

Review available seller opportunities in LandConnect. Decide which owners to contact and which property questions to investigate.

A focused contact block

Speak with a seller about their land, price, and reason for selling. Use training resources and record the next action.

A research block

Compare possible resale value with the purchase price and costs. Investigate access, property risks, and potential buyers.

Before pickup — Set the next step

Record your findings, prepare follow-up questions, and schedule the next seller or buyer conversation.

Additional appointments as needed

Negotiations, professional checks, and closing coordination may need time outside your preferred work blocks.

You can organize much of the research and administration around your family. Seller calls, buyer questions, professional checks, and closing deadlines still need dedicated time and may fall outside school hours.

Build Around Land Transactions, Not an Hourly Shift

Your income goal comes from completing a sale at a margin. Here is what that means for the work.

Plan your work blocks
Manage research and administration from home while allowing time for other people and closing deadlines.
A clear product and customer
The product is a piece of land. Your buyer may be an investor, builder, or end buyer.
Seller opportunities, not family recruitment
Work landowner conversations under your plan rather than relying on recruiting friends.
Learn a repeatable process
Research the property, evaluate the margin, negotiate, and work toward a resale.
Transaction-based income
This is not a salary. Results depend on successful deals and the full costs of doing business.
Time and capital requirements
Acquisitions need funding. Research, marketing, memberships, and transactions can also cost money.

How PRG Helps You Work Toward a Sale

Seller opportunities, training, research, and support connect to the steps that can produce income.

Sellers to start conversations with
Work seller opportunities available through your plan, with resources for learning how to ask questions and follow up.
Numbers before an offer
Use LandConnect research and optional paid DD360 reports to evaluate resale potential, costs, and questions to verify.
A business you can manage from home
Organize research, seller and buyer records, documents, and next steps remotely. Local checks may still be needed.
Guidance for the next step
Practical training and plan-based support help you learn the work behind a sale instead of piecing everything together alone.

Book a Discovery Call

Know how you earn. Know what it takes.

How much money could I make?

There is no fixed paycheck or guaranteed deal profit. Start with a realistic resale price, subtract the purchase price and deal costs, then account for business expenses, taxes, and any agreed partner share. Some deals make money, some lose money, and some never close.

Do I need money to buy the land?

A purchase needs funding. Membership, research, marketing, financing, and closing can also involve costs. Ask about the requirements of any proposed funding or partnership arrangement; joining does not guarantee financing or a no-capital transaction.

Can I earn by working on deals with PRG?

Approved participants may earn an agreed share on deals closed through the PRG network. Eligibility, responsibilities, the split, funding obligations, and payment conditions must be confirmed in a written agreement. Membership alone does not guarantee paid deal assignments.

What am I paying PRG for?

Your selected membership defines access to seller opportunities, LandConnect, training, and support. Review lead availability, included assistance, recurring charges, and separately priced services such as DD360 before joining. You are purchasing services, not guaranteed earnings.

See the process, discuss your goals, and review the costs before you decide.
