Land Investment Made Simple · PRG LandTech

Make Money Buying and Selling Land.

Find a seller. Buy at the right price. Sell for a profit.

We help you build a business that buys vacant land for less than it can resell for. You work the seller leads, evaluate the property, negotiate a purchase, and market it to buyers. The goal is simple: sell for more than your total costs and earn your share of the profit.

You bring the effort. We bring seller opportunities, step-by-step training, LandConnect technology, AI-assisted research, and support—so you are not starting from scratch.

Memberships from $249/month. Standard setup included.

Active business, not guaranteed income. Property purchases, services, and transactions can involve additional costs. Lead availability and written membership or partner terms apply.

Where the money comes from

The difference between buying and selling.

Your customer buys a piece of land. You aim to earn from the margin—not from using an app.

Find the opportunity

Talk to a landowner and understand their price and reason for selling.

Buy with room for profit

Research resale demand and costs before deciding what you can pay.

Sell to the next buyer

Market the property to an investor, builder, or end buyer.

Earn the margin after costs

A profit exists only when sale proceeds exceed acquisition and other costs. Agreed partner shares affect your take-home.

A simple business model, not an automatic result. Deals can lose money; a seller lead is not a guaranteed sale.

The business model, in plain English

How do you actually make money?

Buy a piece of land for less than you can sell it for. Find a buyer. Close the sale. The money left after your costs is what makes it a business—not simply owning land or paying for software.

Where the profit comes from

Sale price − Purchase price − Deal costs = Potential deal profit

Deal costs can include closing, research, financing, marketing, and holding costs. Your take-home also depends on operating and membership costs, any agreed partner share, and taxes.

  1. 1

Find land you can buy at the right price

You do: Talk with the owner, understand their asking price, and investigate what buyers may pay for the property.

We help: Start with seller opportunities available through your plan, plus training and a place to track every conversation.

  2. 2

Check the numbers before you buy

You do: Estimate a realistic resale price. Subtract the purchase price and costs to see whether there is enough room for profit.

We help: Use property research, comparable sales, deal analysis, and optional DD360 research to assess value and spot questions to resolve.

  3. 3

Buy the land and market it to buyers

You do: Negotiate the purchase, complete due diligence, arrange the capital needed, and market the property for resale.

We help: Use offer documents, buyer and deal tracking, training, and support to organize the work from seller to buyer.

  4. 4

Close the sale and account for your profit

You do: When the sale closes, subtract what the deal cost you. A positive remaining margin is the basis of your deal profit.

We help: Keep the deal financials and closing tasks together. Your written agreement determines any PRG or partner share.

Build your own land business

Use LandConnect to work your own acquisitions and resales. You decide which deals to pursue, arrange your purchase funding, and earn from successful transactions after costs and any applicable agreements.

Ask about working deals with PRG

Approved participants may earn an agreed share on deals closed through the PRG network. Your role, eligibility, split, and payment conditions must be confirmed in a written agreement—not assumed from a membership purchase.

Walk Me Through a Land Deal

This explains the model, not a forecast of earnings. Resale values and costs can change. There is no guaranteed buyer, profit, or time to closing, and a deal can lose money. Services and leads depend on your plan and availability.

We help you do the work behind the profit.

The goal is a successful land transaction, not another subscription to manage. Our leads, training, research, technology, and support help you work the steps between finding a seller and closing a sale.

Start with sellers to contact

A business needs opportunities. Work seller leads available through your plan or bring your own, rather than starting with an empty contact list.

Work toward finding a buyer

Buying is only half the deal. Organize buyer contacts, marketing activity, and the sale process so your plan includes how you will get paid.

Keep seller conversations moving

Use conversation records, follow-up tasks, and negotiation resources to work an opportunity beyond the first message.

Work out what you can pay

Compare potential resale value with acquisition and other costs. Use the numbers to look for room for profit before making an offer.

Look for costly problems early

Use optional DD360 research to review available evidence about the land and identify questions to resolve before putting money into it. Separately priced.

Move from conversation to offer

Prepare offer documents and track transaction steps instead of losing a potential deal in disconnected messages. Professional review may be needed.

Learn how the business earns

Learn to research a property, talk to a seller, evaluate the margin, make an offer, and work toward a resale—not just operate software.

Get help when a deal gets complicated

Bring questions to the team as you learn and work opportunities. Your membership defines the level of guidance and assistance included.

Meet DD360 / AI-assisted due diligence

A low price is not a profit if the land has costly problems.

Before tying up money in a property, investigate what could affect its value or make it harder to sell. DD360 brings available research, valuation estimates, risk flags, and unanswered questions into a structured report.

Use AI-assisted research to assess the opportunity—not to assume a profit. Compare the evidence, confirm critical facts, and decide whether the purchase still leaves room for your costs and margin. Coverage depends on available sources.

Explore the sample research

The demo uses illustrative information, not a report about a property you should buy.

What property research may cover

  • Parcel and ownership information
  • Available boundary, satellite, and topographic maps
  • Flood and access considerations
  • Comparable sales and valuation estimates
  • Tax, market, and potential buyer research
  • Risk flags, missing evidence, and next-step checks

DD360 is a paid research service; current pricing and availability apply. Valuations are estimates, not appraisals. Reports do not replace a title search, survey, inspection, local authority confirmation, or professional advice.

Clear answers before you get started.

How do I make money buying and selling land?

You aim to buy land at a price that leaves room to resell it for more than your purchase price and costs. Profit comes from a successful transaction, not from joining a program. Operating costs, taxes, and any agreed partner share also affect what you keep.

What does PRG do to help me get there?

We combine seller opportunities, training, LandConnect technology, property research, and support to help you find, evaluate, negotiate, and work land deals toward a sale. Your plan defines included leads and assistance; some services, including DD360, are separately priced.

Do I need money to buy the land?

An acquisition needs funding, and running the business can involve membership, research, marketing, closing, and holding costs. Do not assume a no-capital deal or automatic funding approval. Discuss your budget and the requirements of any proposed arrangement before joining or committing to a property.

Can I work on PRG deals instead of only doing my own?

Approved participants may earn an agreed share on deals closed through the PRG network. Eligibility, responsibilities, the split, and payment conditions must be confirmed in your written agreement. A membership by itself does not promise paid deal assignments or earnings.

Can I start alongside my job or family responsibilities?

Much of the research and administration can be managed remotely. You still need dedicated time for learning, seller and buyer conversations, due diligence, and closing coordination. A walkthrough can help you understand that workload before getting started.

How much can I earn, and how soon?

There is no set paycheck or guaranteed timeline. Start with each property: realistic resale price, purchase price, full costs, and any partner share. Some deals produce a profit, some lose money, and some never close. We do not promise a monthly income or a time to your first sale.
