Use these working notes to organize a land-investing process. They are an introduction to the PRG workflow, not a promise of returns or a substitute for property-specific professional review.
1. Start with a defined buy box
Write down the markets, acreage, intended use and budget you are prepared to evaluate. Separate a preference from a requirement. Confirm what the membership can supply before treating a county as available or exclusive.
A useful next step: save a short buy box and ask which markets currently have capacity.
2. Understand what qualifies a seller opportunity
Interest in receiving an offer is one fact, not the whole deal. Review the owner/parcel match, the source and date of that interest, asking-price expectations, market fit and open questions. Keep the evidence beside the lead rather than relying on a status label.
A useful next step: compare the example qualification record with the evidence on a real lead.
3. Read a report as evidence, not certainty
Keep sourced records, calculated estimates and unanswered questions separate. A missing fact should be marked unknown, not replaced with confident-sounding text. Ask what supports a comparable, a value range or a claim about access. A report does not make every property suitable for purchase.
A useful next step: identify the three unanswered questions most likely to change your decision.
4. Give the next action an owner
Turn a finding into a specific task with a responsible person, a due date and required evidence. Do not treat a sent message, an agent acknowledgment or a stage change as proof that the work is finished.
A useful next step: write the evidence that would let you mark the task complete.
5. Choose services by the work they replace
Compare software access, lead sourcing, research, training and human assistance separately. Ask what is included, what is metered, who verifies the result and what you remain responsible for. The number of AI features is less important than whether the workflow helps you take a sound next step.
A useful next step: bring your current process and largest bottleneck to a live demonstration.
